Application:
It is suitable for tea, granule, good fluidity of powder and other kinds of pouch packaging, such as Longjing, Biluochun, Maofeng, Mount Lu cloud tea and Banlangen.
Features:
Back seal type sealing(It can be customized three side sealing or four side sealing according to the requirements of the customer.) This machine can be automatically bag making, measuring, filling, sealing, cutting, counting and print batches.
The machine adopt advanced microcomputer controller, stepper motor driver to control the length of bag, stable performance, convenient adjustment, accurate detection. It choice the intelligent temperature controller, PID regulator, which will guarantee the error rang of temperature controlled within 1ºC. Using electronic scale to make sure weight is accurate.
Suitable Packing Material:
Polypropylene/PE, Aluminum foil/ PE, PET/Aluminum/PE, Nylon/Enhanced PE, paper/PE etc.
